FAQ
The questions agents actually ask.
Everything below is how Keylia works today, not how we hope it works next quarter. If your question is missing, text us and a person will answer it.
Getting started
You text the number and answer a few questions: your market, your current listings, how you like to sound. Keylia starts drafting from there. Nothing to install, no dashboard to learn. Setup happens in the same thread you will be using for Monday's open house.
Nothing on day one. Keylia writes listing copy, open-house posts, and lead follow-ups from what you type into a text. Connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Instagram, or kvCORE and drafts come back with the right address, the right showing time, the right buyer. Each connection runs through that service's own login, on your behalf, and you can revoke it whenever.
kvCORE, today. Using access you grant, Keylia reads contacts and deal stages through the kvCORE public API and writes notes back so the record stays current. We are not affiliated with kvCORE or partnered with them. Other CRMs are not wired up yet, so paste or forward those details into the thread instead.
Not much. The habit is texting Keylia the way you would text an assistant: "just listed 42 maple grove, need buzz." Drafts come back for you to read. Approve them, edit them, or ignore them, and if you never reply, nothing goes out.
Day to day
No. Every message, post, and email blast starts as a draft in your thread and stays a draft until you say yes. Approve one at a time, or wave through a batch on the drive home from a showing. There is no autopilot mode that reaches your clients behind your back, and no buried setting that turns one on.
You see it first, because nothing leaves the thread without your approval. Prices, addresses, and conditional deadlines come from what you or your connected accounts gave it, so check those the way you would check any assistant's work. Reply with what is off. Keylia rewrites it and carries the correction into later drafts.
A morning text with your showings and what is due. Through the day you send listings, questions, and quick notes about a client, and drafts come back. By evening it flags the follow-ups that never happened. You decide what goes out tonight and what waits until Monday.
Yes. Say it once: new-listing posts to Instagram, a Friday newsletter, a monthly check-in with quiet leads. Keylia keeps the rhythm and brings each one to you before anything sends. To change the schedule, text it, the same way you set it up.
Privacy and control
In a Postgres database we run on Supabase, encrypted, kept separate from every other agent's. To write a draft, Keylia sends the relevant message text to Anthropic's Claude API. Your contact list is not sold, not shared with other agents, not used for advertising. Ask us to delete your account and it gets deleted.
Keylia only messages contacts you have consent for, and it records the type and date of that consent, express or implied. Outbound texts identify you and carry a way to opt out. Your own compliance and your brokerage's policies stay yours to manage. We are not lawyers and none of this is legal advice.
They are suppressed on the spot, in English or French, and nothing else goes out to them. The opt-out is recorded against the person, so it holds through a later import or a campaign you build six months from now. It shows up in your own thread too.
Text pause. Drafting and sending stop until you say start again, and anything queued sits where it is. For a longer break, ask to close the account and we close it. Nobody will book a call to talk you out of it.
Billing and support
A flat monthly fee per agent. No setup cost, nothing charged per draft, no annual contract to sign. Team pricing depends on how many of you there are, so text us and you get a real number back instead of a range.
Access ends when the period you paid for ends, and nothing sends after that. Ask for an export and your drafts and contact history come back in a file you can open. Listing copy and posts you already approved stay yours to keep using.
Text the same number you use for everything else. A person reads it, and there is no form to fill out first. Billing questions and anything touching a connected account move to email so there is a written record. Hours are Eastern, business days.
No, and it is not meant to. Keylia handles the drafting and the remembering, which is where the hours quietly go. Your assistant still covers what needs a person at the open house or on the phone. You still decide what your name sounds like.
